2. Evaluation for Fit

We take pride in partnering with companies that align with our values and areas of expertise. During the consultation, we’ll evaluate whether we’re a good fit for your business and whether our subscription model will effectively meet your recruitment needs. If we both agree to move forward, we proceed with the next step.

3. Agreement & Setup

Once we’ve confirmed we’re a good match, we’ll send you a formal service agreement that outlines the terms of our subscription and the recruitment process. After you review and sign the agreement, we will issue the first invoice for the monthly subscription.

4. Payment & Onboarding

After your invoice is paid, our team will begin sourcing candidates for up to five positions simultaneously. We’ll work closely with you to understand the specific qualifications, skills, and experience you’re looking for in each role. The process is streamlined, so we can hit the ground running as soon as payment is received.

5. Monthly Billing

Your recruitment subscription is set up for automatic monthly billing at the flat rate. This allows you to maintain ongoing recruitment efforts without worrying about hidden fees or extra costs. You’ll be billed every month on the same date, providing a predictable and affordable recruitment solution.

6. Cancel Anytime

We believe in providing flexible, client-focused services. You’re not locked into any long-term contracts, and you can cancel anytime without penalties. Just let us know before your next billing cycle, and we’ll stop the service.
