This policy explains how J-Peace Recruiting LLC ("JPR", "we", "us") collects and uses information from job candidates, employer clients and visitors to this website.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email and location.
- Career information, such as your resume, work history, skills, pay expectations and availability.
- Records of our calls, texts and emails with you. Calls may be recorded, and some calls and messages are made by JPR's AI assistant on our behalf. We always tell you when a call is recorded or made by our AI assistant.
- For employer clients, your company details and the jobs you hire for.
How we use it
We use your information only to run our recruiting service: to contact you about jobs you applied for or asked about, to schedule calls and interviews, to present qualified candidates to employers with the candidate's knowledge, and to keep records of our work.
Text messages and your mobile number
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone except the service providers that deliver our messages.

Who we share information with
If you are a candidate, we share your resume and relevant details with an employer only for a specific job, as part of recruiting you. We use trusted service providers to operate our business (for example, phone, text and email delivery, and secure data hosting). They may use your information only to provide those services to us. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep candidate and client records while they are useful for recruiting, and delete them on request unless we must keep them by law. Information is stored with access limited to JPR staff.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information, or stop contacting you, at any time using the contact details below. Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages.
