Do we have to talk to a salesperson?
No. The interviews are with our AI interviewer, and your workbook comes by email. If you want us to build something, you can reach out when you're ready.
Who should be interviewed?
Anyone whose day you want to understand: the owner, the office manager, dispatch, the people answering phones. Each person does their own short interview.
Are the interviews recorded?
Yes, so the answers can be written up accurately. Each person is asked for permission before the interview starts, and anyone can decline.
What happens to our information?
It's used only to build your workbook. We don't sell it or share it.
Do we have to buy anything after?
No. Build it yourself, use your existing IT provider, or have us build it. The workbook is yours either way.
